August 28, 2014 (Newtown Square, PA) - Alarm Capital Alliance ("ACA") has acquired more than 1,200 accounts from Bulldog Security Services, Inc., in the Atlanta, GA metro area as part of its regional growth strategy. The newly acquired customers will continue to receive the same great, local customer service by knowledgeable service technicians, while gaining access to the most technologically advanced security products the industry has to offer at an affordable rate. Terms of the deal, which was finalized on August 15th, 2014, were not disclosed. With this acquisition, ACA now has a customer base of more than 20,000 accounts in Georgia, and more than 170,000 nationwide.
