As the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alarm Capital Alliance, Ms. Kothari plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall direction of ACA. She has an eclectic business background including the capital markets from which ACA has been a fortunate beneficiary. Most recently, before joining ACA, Ms. Kothari was Executive Director of CIBC World Markets where she was instrumental in structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions in the security alarm monitoring, cable, radio, television, outdoor-advertising, publishing, and telecommunications industries. Previously, Ms. Kothari was the CFO of CarroSell, Inc., a startup out-of-home media business operating in U.S. airports, and prior to that held various financial positions at Cox Communications and Comcast Corporation.
Ms. Kothari has her Bachelor's degree in both Business and Art History from Franklin & Marshall College as well as her M.B.A. in finance from American University.
Scott Peterson has extensive experience in financial management in high-growth private equity backed organizations with a concentration in the security/recurring revenue space. Mr. Peterson is a strategic and profit-oriented executive with expertise in all aspects of finance from equity funding to operations. His hands-on experience includes management, business leadership, and working with board of directors, banks and attorneys. His skills include budgeting, business forecasts, acquisitions, business expansion and start-ups.
During his time as CFO at Eyewitness Surveillance, Mr. Peterson's duties included accounting, strategic planning and financial operations. As a result, the restructured company grew internally 30-40% with an additional raise in capital for future expansion.
Mr. Peterson also co-founded U.S. Alarm Holdings, LLC where he oversaw revenue growth from $0 to $2.1 million in 18 months. He also has made influential achievements at other companies such as PS Energy Group, Inc., Integrated Excellence, LLC, Wind River Environmental, and Smith Alarm Systems, Inc., using his skills in modernizing operations to increase profit and growth.
Mr. Peterson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Colorado State University.
As Chief Operating Officer of Alarm Capital Alliance, Mr. Welsh is responsible for the oversight and management of all operations for the company including marketing, information technology, call center operations, collections and general operations. Mr. Welsh has been a member of the senior management of ACA since 2004.
Prior to joining the senior management team, Mr. Welsh was affiliated with several other successful business entities in high-level capacities. He was the Financial Analyst of International Operations at Siemen's Medical Systems, the Financial Analyst responsible for financial and operational projections for the Investor Relations Department at Ubiquitel Sprint PCS and the Northeast Regional Financial and Operational Analyst at SAB Miller.
Mr. Welsh has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Lycoming College.
CBDO & EVP Acquisitions
As the Chief Business Development Officer & EVP Acquisitions at ACA, Anastasia Bottos is responsible for the oversight and management of all acquisitions, dealer relations, and business development. Ms. Bottos has been a member of ACA's executive management team since early 2005 and has played an integral role in establishing ACA's due diligence requirements and the growth of the company. She has also worked extensively with the executive team to help establish and streamline internal procedures and to enhance the efficiency of the due diligence and closing process. Her achievements include completing 435 acquisitions as of December, 2011.
Prior to joining ACA, Ms. Bottos was affiliated with several other business entities in diverse and important functions.Her work experience includes acting in the capacity of a paralegal for American Home Products Settlement Trust where she handled critical legal documentation regarding disputed claims. Ms. Bottos' experience extends to the non-profit sector and includes work for Habitat for Humanity and a Pennsylvania Chapter of an international non-profit organization wherein she became involved in extensive fundraising activities.
Ms. Bottos has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with minors in History and Political Science from Drexel University.
Sr Vice President Sales and Marketing
As SR Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Alarm Capital Alliance since October of 2005, Ms Bond is responsible for increasing sales through acquisitions and driving the overall marketing and business-to-business development strategy for the company. Ms. Bond began her work in the security alarm industry in 1997. Ms. Bond's previous experience includes Regional Director of Business Development at Financial Security Services providing financing to the alarm industry. She served at Morlyn Financial as Regional Finance Manager of Acquisitions and SLP Capital as Vice President of SLP Direct. At SLP Direct she held marketing and sales roles as the Company developed from a startup into an established company servicing the alarm industry with financing and sales support.
During Ms. Bond's career in the security industry, she has been responsible for creating new marketing efforts, new business development, portfolio due diligence, negotiation of legal documentation and assimilation of transactions.

Senior Executive Vice President
As Senior Executive Vice President of Alarm Capital Alliance, John V. Steffanato is responsible for increasing sales and driving the business development strategy.
Mr. Steffanato has been with Alarm Capital Alliance from its inception in 2000 and has been a contributing member of its senior management. ACA is the fortunate beneficiary of Mr. Steffanato's thirty-five plus years of security industry experience which includes his tenure with New York Merchants, Triboro Security, King Alarm Company, and Burns Electronic. In addition to the aforementioned companies, Mr. Steffanato's entrepreneurial talents inspired him to form several of his own security entities including Adco/Federal Alarm Co., Burglar Alarm Screen and RMS Controls. Notably, Mr. Steffanato was the Senior Executive Vice President and Partner of Alarm Guard of CT, for which he was responsible for $1,300,000. of RMR and had excess of 35,000 customers.
Mr. Steffanato's experience extends beyond the security industry and includes four years of accounting and financing professional experience with Textile Banking Company. Mr. Steffanato holds alarm licenses in New York, New Jersey, Michigan, and Maryland for Burglar and Fire Alarms.
VP of Sales and Dealer Program Development
As VP of Sales and Dealer Program Development, Jason is responsible for the ongoing enhancement of ACA's Independent Dealer Program, as well as Bulk and Dealer Program acquisitions in the Western United States. Jason began his work in the security alarm industry in 1998 and has held positions as Regional Director of Business Development at Financial Security Services and Vice President of Sales and Marketing with SAFE Security. During his career in the security industry, Jason has been responsible for business development, portfolio management, due diligence, negotiation of legal documentation, assimilation of transactions, marketing campaign creation and dealer program refinement.
Prior to his time in the security alarm industry, Jason's previous experience included positions at AT&T Wireless as the Regional Director of Agent Development, and as a Golf Professional with the PGA of America.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Texas A&M - Texarkana.
