Celebrates 10 years in Business and introduces Independent Dealer
Program
Alarm Capital
Alliance (ACA) celebrates ten years in the account acquisition
business with 2010 being one of their most successful years
yet. ACA, an SDM top
20 company, based in Media, PA, purchases accounts from alarm
dealers who, in most scenarios, are staying in business and
continue a relationship with the accounts they sell.
In May of 2010, ACA closed on a $100mm credit
facility, led by Bank of America, earmarked solely for new
acquisitions.
"Through our full or partial acquisitions in 2010, we purchased
$735,969. of RMR (25,829 accounts), putting our customer count
at 101,000 To date we have
worked with close to 200 alarm dealers, many of which are still
providing service on the accounts they sold
us. We are continually reminded by our
long relationships with these business owners, of how important our
model is for companies that want to build brand awareness in their
markets" states Amy Kothari, ACA's President and

Ms. Kothari
indicated that a common request from many of the existing dealers
was that ACA create a dealer program that worked the same as the
bulk purchase program. At the dealer's
request, ACA is launching their new Independent Dealer Program at
ISC West 2011. "Our program is very competitive
with those already in the industry. We offer
very aggressive multiples, flexible purchase options, specialized
equipment pricing with the leading manufacturers and encourage the
dealers to keep as many of their accounts as
possible. As it is in our bulk
acquisitions, the unique element of our program is allowing dealers
to use their decals and yard signs and truly market their business
in their own name. We even have their name on
invoices to the subscriber. Our goal is to help
